One-Day Private Use

How to Reserve a Park:
If you are looking to rent  space for an outdoor event such as a picnic, wedding, reunion, or graduation party, you have come to the right place! Depending on the type of event you are planning, there are a variety of outdoor facilities to choose from. Please see the detailed description of each park on the "Parks" link. If you are requesting to reserve a pavilion or park for a private event, there is a reservation fee for each day requested. The park Reservation Form is available for download. Please keep the attached park rules and regulations for your reference when renting any City park space.

All of our parks can be reserved through the Neighborhood Services Department and we honor requests on a first-come-first-serve basis. We charge a 3-hour minimum fee and you are required to follow all rules and regulations when in any of our City parks. Note: When reserving a pavilion or gazebo, the surrounding area is not included and will still be open to the public. (Example: basketball courts, pool, tennis courts, etc.)
