Several Applications, Permits, Forms and Requests are administered by the Community Development Department. These materials are available in the Community Development office or may be downloaded below. Downloadable pamphlets have also been provided for some items to better explain the process and application submission requirements.

Home Occupation
The home occupation permit is required for any home based business or office in the City. A fee of $25 does apply for the occupation permit. The Home Occupation Permit cannot be filled out online and must be filled out at the Community Development Department, City Hall, Room 201.
