Please be aware that the removal of fallen trees, roots and limbs (over 4’ in length and 3” in diameter) from the storm last week is the responsibility of the property owner. The City will only collect if a State of Emergency has been formally declared. No such action was taken last week. These items will not be collected as yard waste.
The City of Manassas holding a community shredding event for the City of Manassas residents who wish to recycle their personal documents in a safe and secure way. Bring your account statements, legal documents, reports and other personal papers to our BIG SUMMER SHRED. There is a three-box maximum for shredding and commercial shredding is not accepted due to volume.
