The mission of Neighborhood Services is to improve the quality of life in Manassas by supporting and enabling neighborhoods to initiate and maintain improvements in communities through compliance with city code and proactive partnership with local government.  The purpose of recreation in Manassas is to enhance the quality of life in the City by providing the best possible recreational facilities, open natural spaces and programs for its citizens.
