Registration Instructions

You must be:

United States Citizen
Resident of Virginia
18 or older by November of election year
Rights restored if you were convicted of a felony or judged to be incapacitated

How to Register

You have the following options:

Complete a voters registration application by mail
Appear at any voters registration site in
Virginia Apply for registration while visiting any state DMV office
Apply for registration at state-designated public service agencies
