Citizen participation is very important in the City of Manassas. We continually encourage our residents to join a Board, Committee or Commission as a means of becoming more involved in City Government.

Any resident of the City may apply for a position on a Board, Committee or Commission. If you wish to be considered, the first step is filling out an application and submitting that application to our office. Your application will then be presented to the City Council Personnel Committee at one of its monthly meetings.

For your convenience, we now have two application versions available:
· our standard version - which you can print, fill out and submit.
· our new fillable (Word) form – which you can fill out, save and Email as an attachment to us.
