For state tax information and to download tax forms, visit the Virginia Department of Taxation. You can download common forms from our Document Center in the Commissioner of the Revenue/State Income Tax folder. If you cannot download the forms, most Virginia income tax forms are available in the Office of Commissioner of the Revenue.

Note: The Internal Revenue Service will no longer provide federal tax forms and instructions to our office. Federal forms are available for download.

If you are a resident of the City of Manassas and have a completed copy of your Federal Income Tax return, you may obtain assistance in completing your Virginia State Income Tax return. There is no charge for this service. Appointments are preferred.
