Paul York, Finance Director
The Finance and Administration Director assures that the financial and procurement policies, practices, and records of the City comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and maintains a system of controls to safeguard the city’s financial resources.

Paul E. York was hired by the City of Manassas in 2014. He has been in local government and a finance professional for more than 30 years with a proven track record of managing all areas of finance and administration.
